Job summary

Restore Technology is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment Business Partner to oversee SHE strategy across a defined portfolio of sites in the Midlands and beyond. The role involves engaging site and compliance managers, embedding safe and compliant practices, and delivering data-driven SHE improvements.

The position requires NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, ISO 45001/14001 experience, and strong communication. A UK driving licence and multi-site travel are essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 required.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with operational engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical SHE advice to site teams on day-to-day activities.
• Challenge operations to maintain high SHE standards.
• Build relationships with site managers to support risk management.
