Job summary

Restore plc is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment Business Partner to deliver SHE strategy across a Midlands portfolio with multi-site UK travel. The role supports site teams, embeds safe practices, and partners with compliance managers to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met.

Permanent contract, 37.5 hours,£40,000 salary plus £4,800 car allowance. The role emphasizes risk anticipation, data integrity, and data‑driven decisions to improve safety culture.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Experience in a Health & Safety role within an operational environment.
• Working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience supporting risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage operational teams.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical SHE advice and support to site teams on day‑to‑day activities.
• Provide balanced support and challenge operational teams to ensure SHE standards are consistently met.
• Build strong working relationships with operational managers to support risk management.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and engagement activities.
• Support delivery of SHE communications, briefings, and campaigns.
• Support implementation of the Health & Safety Management System aligned to ISO 45001.
• Support environmental compliance in line with ISO 14001.
• Assist in the development and review of risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Support delivery and review of Fire Risk Assessments and associated actions across sites.
• Support contractor management processes, including RAMS and permit‑to‑work controls.
• Promote safe behaviours and increased reporting of near misses and safety observations.
