Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Regional Service Sales Manager to lead a regional sales team in the North, driving service contract growth and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients. The role requires proven leadership of field-based sales teams and strong knowledge of service contracts and value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team to exceed service contract targets.
• Build and execute regional plans to grow maintenance contract revenue across fire detection, suppression, CCTV, access control and intruder systems.
• Strengthen relationships with commercial clients typically ranging from £2m up to £100m turnover.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and performance oversight.
• Support key meetings, negotiate service agreements, ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Work with Sales, operations and engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
