Job summary

FAAC Spa is seeking a Service Sales Business Development Manager to grow and retain automatic doors contracts regionally. You will source regional and national opportunities, manage the sales cycle from survey to quotation to closure, and log activities in the CRM in real time.

Some account management and development of new door business (EQS) leads are included. This is a field-based role requiring travel and occasional away-from-home attendance for training, sales meetings, client meetings,

Qualifications

• Related Degree or equivalent sales experience required or preferred.
• Experience in field sales to FM/local authority/retail and similar customers.
• Experience selling service contracts or cyclical services.
• Maintenance contracts for automatic pedestrian doors or similar products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet targets for quotations submitted.
• Meet targets for orders won and opportunity conversion rates.
• Meet targets for enquiry to quotation time scales.
• Update quotes won or lost in real time in the sales portal.
• Promote FAAC Entrance Solutions and seek opportunities for other business areas.
• Ensure thorough handovers with internal teams (Help Desk, Key Accounts, Quoted Works, Invoicing) for secured contracts.
