Job summary

FAAC Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a field-based technician with experience of automatic doors to join our service team. You will perform planned preventative maintenance, respond to faults, and support customers with product modernization recommendations.

You will complete on-site safety checks, investigate incidents and complaints, and ensure QHSE compliance at all times. A full driving licence and CSCS card are required, along with fluent English.

Qualifications

• BS7036/EN16005 qualification required.
• Experience with automatic doors desirable.
• Full driving licence required.
• CSCS card advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM, reactive maintenance and door upgrades.
• Provide on-site customer support for EQS customers.
• Complete door safety checks and investigate incidents/complaints.
• Adhere to company processes and improve opportunities.
• Maintain QHSE compliance at all times and be a team player.
• Manage tablet/paperwork, stock, vehicle, uniform and PPE.
• Follow on-site arrival/pre-work/working/departure procedures.
• Complete mandatory safety checks after calls.
