Job summary

FAAC Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth and retention of automatic doors contracts regionally and nationally. You will lead quotations, close sales, and log details in the CRM with a focus on new contracts while occasionally handling account management.

The role requires field-based engagement, with potential travel and away-from-home activities for training, meetings and exhibitions.

Qualifications

Educational (Preferred) related degree or equivalent sales experience.
IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems.
Sales of service contracts or cyclical services.
Field sales to FM, local authorities, retail and similar customers.

Responsibilities

To meet given targets for quotations submitted.
To meet given targets for orders won and opportunity conversion rates.
To meet given targets for enquiry to quotation time scales.
Ensure quotes won or lost are updated in real time and visible through the sales quotes portal.
Promote FAAC Entrance Solutions as an organisation and seek out opportunities for other areas of the business.
Ensure detailed handovers are undertaken with the relevant internal team members (Help Desk, Key Accounts, Quoted Works Team & Invoicing) for secured service contracts
