Job summary

FAAC Group is seeking an on-site technician to perform PPM, reactive maintenance and modernization/upgrade tasks for door systems. The role includes OOH rota duty and on-site customer support for EQS customers, with a focus on QHSE compliance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have BS7036/EN16005 qualifications, a full UK driving licence and CSCS card, plus experience with automatic doors and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS7036/EN16005 qualification required.
• Experience with automatic doors preferred.
• Valid UK driving licence and CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, reactive and modernization tasks.
• Complete on-site customer support for EQS customers.
• Adhere to company processes, procedures and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Ensure QHSE compliance and be a team player.
• Manage tablet/paperwork, stock, vehicle, uniform and PPE.
• Complete mandatory box tests after all calls.
• Attend OOH rota duty.
