Job summary

IBC Healthcare is recruiting an organised Service Coordinator for Doncaster Supported Living Services. The role involves coordinating care across the region, managing rotas, updating care plans and maintaining accurate records to support safe, person-centred care.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee audits, compliance and staff performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong family and MDT communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with rota management, care planning and completing audits in a care setting.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work alongside managers, families and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across a region of bespoke Supported Living care packages, ensuring smooth operations.
• Support the Registered Manager with rota management, staffing levels, annual leave and sickness coverage.
• Keep service records and staff files accurate, audit-ready and well organised.
• Coordinate tasks such as food orders, weight tracking, healthcare matrix updates and appointment scheduling.
