IBC Healthcare is seeking a Service Manager / Senior Field Care Supervisor to lead day-to-day delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across supported living services in Chesterfield. You will deputise for the Registered Manager, coordinate care teams, and ensure dignity, independence, and safety for adults with complex needs.

The role is hands-on, requiring regular site presence, rota management, and direct people leadership across multiple services in the region.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Understanding of legislation and safeguarding requirements for delivering support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise and develop care teams to deliver outcome-focused care.
• Assist with recruitment, induction and performance management across the team.
• Manage staff rotas to meet commissioned hours and safe staffing levels.
• Oversee support plans, risk assessments and care guidelines.
• Ensure services meet CQC regulations and internal policies.
• Support investigations into complaints and incidents.
