Job summary

Tonic Healthcare is seeking a CQC Registered Manager to lead learning disabilities, supported living, and community shared lives services in Doncaster. You will ensure high-quality person-centred care, uphold CQC regulations, and build strong relationships with City of Doncaster Council.

You will manage multiple supported living services, domiciliary care packages, and a large Shared Lives contract, leading a dedicated team of support workers and driving continuous service improvement.

CQC Registered Manager, Learning Disabilities, Supported Living and Community Shared Lives Support

Doncaster

My client is a very highly regarded regional Charity, looking for a passionate, experienced CQC Registered Manager to join their team. You will have solid experience of running successful, high quality care services for adults with autism and learning disabilities with deep knowledge of care standards and CQC regulations.

They are looking for a compassionate leader who can inspire teams with an open, supportive approach. You will place your clients' well-being and happiness at the core of how you operate, and empower the teams around you to provide the very best in person-centred care.

The opportunity will see you overseeing a couple of Supported Living Services aswell as a small number of Domiciliary Care packages and a large Shared Lives Contract.

This is busy service where no two days are the same, and it is complimented by a full team of Support Workers.

If you have good relationships with City of Doncaster Council would be advantageous in this role.
