Zusammenfassung

Outlook Care is seeking a Team Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day operations of Learning Disability services in Dagenham & Ilford. You will provide line management to support staff, ensuring safe, person-centred care aligned with our safeguarding standards.

The role requires flexible, proactive teamwork, with deputising responsibilities for the Supported Living Manager and involvement in continuous improvement and compliance across services. DBS checks apply.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills.
• Good basic IT skills.
• Relevant experience in care setting desirable but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Support the Supported Living Manager with day-to-day operational management of allocated LD services to deliver safe, person-centred care.
• Provide direct line management to support staff, including supervision, performance expectations and staff development.
• Ensure staff work in line with Outlook Care values, policies and regulatory requirements; promote a positive team culture and address performance concerns.
• Deputise for the Supported Living Manager and contribute to continuous improvement, quality and compliance across services.
• One full day per week to complete management tasks across all services.
