Job summary
CareTech Community Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Service Manager (Complex Needs) to provide operational and strategic leadership across Adults North services. The role covers Greater Manchester, Yorkshire and North Wales with regional travel and responsibility for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
You will oversee multiple services, lead service development, ensure regulatory standards are met and coach managers and frontline teams to deliver
Qualifications
- Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
- Management/leadership qualification (Level 3 or higher).
- Experience as a CQC Registered Manager within multi-site complex needs services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support multiple supported living services.
- Lead service development, start-ups and transitions with Locality and New Business teams.
- Ensure services meet or exceed CQC and regulatory standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop Registered Managers, Service Managers and frontline teams.
- Build relationships with commissioners, local authorities and professionals.
- Manage budgets, risks, quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
- Contribute to regional Senior Management Team discussions.
- Lead or support complex HR investigations when required.
