Job summary

Healthcare Homes Group is seeking a caring, compassionate care team member for The White House and Oaklands House in Beccles and Reydon. Night shifts from 8pm to 8am and mileage paid at 40p per mile.

You will support residents with personal care, provide companionship, maintain records, administer medication where applicable, and help lead the team. Induction and ongoing training are provided, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Needs and concerns of residents require empathy and patience.
• Ability to support personal care including hygiene, dressing, and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Maintain accurate resident records.
• Administer prescribed medication and update medication charts as applicable.
• Support and lead the existing care team.

Covering 2 care homes in Beccles and Reydon

£15 per hour and Mileage paid 40p per mile

Night shifts - 8pm - 8am

What would a typical day look like?

Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)

Providing companionship and offering social interaction

Maintaining accurate resident records

Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable

Supporting and leading our existing care team
