Job summary

Healthcare Homes Group is seeking a caring Night Care Assistant for Fornham House in Fornham St Martin. This full-time night role runs 42 hours per week from 7pm to 7am, including alternating weekends, at £14 per hour.

You will support residents with personal care, provide companionship, maintain records, administer medications as applicable, and help lead the care team. A thorough induction and ongoing training are provided.

What would a typical day look like?

Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)

Providing companionship and offering social interaction

Maintaining accurate resident records

Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable

Supporting and leading our existing care team
