Healthcare Homes is seeking a caring and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our The White House and Oaklands House team in the United Kingdom. You will support residents with personal care, provide companionship, and help maintain accurate medication records within a well-established care home.

The role offers day shifts from 8am to 8pm, paid mileage, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training and progression opportunities are provided within our Healthcare Homes Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and assisting residents.
• Ability to provide companionship and social interaction.
• Strong record-keeping and medication administration where applicable.

£15 per hour and Mileage paid 40p per mile

Day shifts - 8am - 8pm

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
• Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable
• Supporting and leading our existing care team
