Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for our Needham Market, Suffolk home. This role involves bank shifts to support our care team and ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centred care.

You will help with personal care, companionship, and daily activities, while contributing to accurate records and medication management. Training and progression opportunities are available within our trusted care group.

Senior Care Assistant

Needham Market, Suffolk

Bank shifts

£13.50 per hour

Uvedale Hall is set in beautiful gardens and offers residential and respite care for up to 29 residents. Our caring team of staff treat every resident like one of the family and there is a warm and welcoming feel to the home provided by a highly motivated and friendly team of staff.

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
• Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable
• Supporting and leading our existing care team
