About

Audiology Regional Sales Manager job covering the West Midlands, South Wales, and Ireland. Zest Optical is currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for one of the fastest-growing, most successful hearing device manufacturers in the world. This position will focus on promoting our client's extensive portfolio of products into independent opticians and hearing care providers across the West Midlands, South Wales, and Ireland.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Meet sales targets in the assigned territory in accordance with financial requirements and company goals, including delivering sales and volume growth, increasing share of wallet with existing customers, and acquiring new customers.
  2. Develop, maintain, and implement a yearly plan to achieve revenue and activity targets.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  4. Support local business development activities, including product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, and customer open days.
  5. Maintain relationships with colleagues through teamwork.
  6. Complete and pass relevant internal training programs (e.g., sales and product training).

Requirements:

  1. Related work experience in Medical Device or Healthcare product sales (B2B, Private or Public Sector).
  2. Demonstrates commercial drive and aptitude for business growth.
  3. Ability to understand and explain technical product information.

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary up to £45k, excellent bonus scheme, company car, and additional benefits.
