Job summary

Lords Group Trading is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own the North London & East Anglia territory, covering North and East London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex through Norfolk and Suffolk.

You will leverage connections in the plumbing and heating industry to grow accounts, win new business and deliver profitable sales growth, using data to prioritise opportunities and collaborating with supplier partners.

Qualifications

• Proven external sales experience in plumbing/heating markets.
• Strong account management and new business development skills.
• Ability to analyse data and identify opportunities using CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and gross margin across the territory.
• Develop existing accounts and expand product breadth.
• Win new customers and re-engage lapsed accounts.
• Build strong relationships across the market.
• Use data to identify opportunities and prioritise actions.
• Manage pricing, negotiations, pipeline and forecasts.
• Travel regularly within the region.
