• Experience in Sales management for new homes/estate sectors.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Sales Executives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and motivate the South East Sales Executives across Surrey developments.
• Develop and implement site sales strategies and pricing recommendations.
• Recruit, induct, and train new Sales Executives; monitor performance and support progress.
• Attend progress meetings with Marketing and other internal teams to align strategies.
• Travel regularly within the region to sites and meet targets.
