Job summary

Churchill Living in Oxfordshire is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to work on one of our retirement developments. You’ll engage with prospective buyers, guide them through the purchase process, and help families choose their new home in a supported, independent living community.

Based on site at the Welcome Centre, you’ll meet sales targets and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams, showing show homes with floor plans and interiors, while coordinating removal

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relationship skills and a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
• Experience in new homes sales, preferably retirement market.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence for site visits if required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers to deliver a hassle-free experience from enquiry to move-in.
• Achieve sales targets and budgeted prices for your development, understanding the site inside out.
• Show apartments from the show home centre and coordinate with floor plans, interior options, and removal services.
• Work with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams and liaise with offsite agents, sales partners and solicitors to progress sales.
