• Sales Administration: Maintain CRM records, prepare quotations and reports.
• Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activity and opportunities to strengthen market position.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Industry Engagement: Represent the business at trade shows and product launches.
