Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Modular Cabins to cover the North West & Yorkshire for a manufactured range of steel containers, modular and portable buildings. The role rewards a strong field sales background and the ability to win major contracts.

Expect to sell primarily to housebuilders and tier one main contractors (about 70%), with 30% to rental and hire businesses. Typical orders range from £100k to £500k, with a monthly target of around £300k and uncapped

Qualifications

• Field sales experience with housebuilders and/or tier one main contractors.
• Open on products.
• Network of contacts with contractors is beneficial.
• Strong work ethic and ability to get in front of people.
• Ideal: £2 million+ field sales per annum.

Responsibilities

• Sell bespoke range of steel containers, modular and portable buildings.
• 70% to housebuilders and Tier 1 main contractors; 30% to rental/hire businesses.
• Aim to achieve £300,000 per month in revenue.
• Develop framework agreements with builders and manage regional accounts.
