Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Modular Cabins to drive field sales of a bespoke range of steel containers, modular and portable buildings, and site accommodation across the South East. The role targets housebuilders, main contractors and subcontractors, with a focus on achieving £300,000 per month in orders.

Ideal candidates have proven field sales experience in construction, strong closing ability, a hunger for new business, and existing contractor contacts.

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience with housebuilders, main contractors, civil contractors or sub contractors.
• Open on products and able to engage with contractor stakeholders.
• Contacts with contractors beneficial for pipeline development.
• Strong work ethic and ability to get in front of people.
• Ideally achieve £2 million+ in field sales per annum.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling a manufactured bespoke range of steel containers; modular and portable buildings, site accommodation.
• Develop relationships with housebuilders, main contractors, civil contractors and subcontractors.
• Balance 65% sales to housebuilders and contractors with 35% to rental/hire businesses.
• Aim to achieve approximately £300,000 per month in orders and manage framework agreements.
