Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is advertising a Regional Sales Manager - Modular Cabins role covering the North West & Yorkshire. You will drive field sales of a manufactured range including steel containers, modular and portable buildings, and site accommodation.

Ideal candidates have field sales experience with housebuilders and/or tier-one contractors, a strong network, and a proven ability to close deals. The role offers a £60k-£70k base plus up to £12k bonus and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience with housebuilders and/or tier one main contractors.
• Open on products.
• Network of contacts with contractors beneficial.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to close deals.
• Hungry for new business.
• Ideally £2m+ annual field sales.

Responsibilities

• Field sales selling a bespoke range of steel containers, modular and portable buildings, and site accommodation.
• 70% into housebuilders and tier-one main contractors.
• 30% into rental and hire businesses.
• Target to achieve £300,000 per month.
• Typical orders £100,000; up to £500,000 for 20 modular units.
• Framework agreements with Belway, Redrow and Persimmons.
• Projects include Marketing Suites, Gatehouses, Smoking Shelters, Toilet Facilities, Storage Solutions, Living Accommodation, Retail, Cabins, Portable Buildings, Canteens, Stores, Anti Vandal, Containers, Portable Accommodation, Temporary Accommodation, Modular, Temporary Housing, Modular Construction, Site Welfare, Bespoke Buildings, Portable, Construction, Accommodation, Steel, Hazard Store, Shower Blocks, Design, Portable Offices, Welfare, Container, and Construction Industry
