Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Modular Cabins in Manchester to drive field sales of bespoke steel containers, modular and portable buildings into housebuilders and tier one main contractors.

The role targets around £300,000 per month framework opportunities, with typical orders around £100,000 and potential up to £500,000 for multiple units. A strong network, commercial acumen, and hunger for new business are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience with housebuilders and/or tier one main contractors.
• Open on products and able to sell a bespoke range of modular and portable buildings.
• Network of contractor contacts is beneficial; strong work ethic and ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Field sales selling manufactured bespoke steel containers, modular and portable buildings, anti-vandal units and site accommodation.
• 50–70% of activity with housebuilders and tier-one contractors; remainder with rental/hire businesses.
• Aim to achieve around £300,000 per month in sales; typical orders £100,000, up to £500,000 for multiple units.
• Leverage existing framework agreements with Belway, Redrow and Persimmons.
• Cover the North West & Yorkshire regions.

• * 70% Selling into housebuilders and tier one main contractors
• * 30% into rental and hire businesses
• * Targeted to achieve £300,000 per month
• * Typical orders £100,000, but can be £500,000 for 20 modular units
• * Framework agreements already available with Belway, Redrow and Persimmons

* The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager – Modular Cabins with:

• * Ideally field sales achievement of at least £2 million+ per annum
• * Commercially aware
