Job summary

LG Engineering Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the North West or Midlands. You will develop sales across your region, win new business and expand key accounts while working remotely and traveling to meet customers.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will build strategic plans, negotiate terms and implement product solutions. The role offers up to £65,000 base plus commission and a company bonus, plus a company car, private healthcare and 33 days’ annual

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales in high-value industrial vehicles.
• Track record of winning new business and growing accounts.
• Experience selling technical, engineered or capital equipment.
• Ability to negotiate with senior decision-makers and manage the sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to maximise revenue.
