We are working with a leading manufacturer and supplier of UPVC windows and doors who are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to promote and increase sales into the retail and commercial markets across the South London region.
The role is customer-facing, spending the majority of time meeting customers and working alongside an office-based team that provides sales and customer service support.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing & implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Supporting the creation of comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals to ensure measurable growth and achievement of sales targets
- Formulating short-term and long-term strategies by understanding market demands, competitors, and internal resources
- Managing time and prioritising tasks to maximise outcomes
- Using available tools and systems to manage leads, schedule client meetings, and optimise productivity
- Focusing on high-priority clients and opportunities to maximise sales efforts
- Analyzing sales trends, customer behaviours, and market data to identify growth opportunities
- Identifying new sales growth opportunities in untapped markets or under-served customers
- Adapting sales approaches to changing customer requirements and market conditions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and market relevance by offering customised solutions and services
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and maintaining regular communication
- Fostering client loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service and tailored solutions
- Collaborating with product development to incorporate customer feedback and market demands into new products
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, sharing insights with internal teams
- Participating actively in the development and growth of a continuous improvement culture
- Contributing feedback on internal processes and engaging in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency
