The UK Sales Manager Role:

Lead a team of AEs selling our platform to small and mid-sized law firms. Your goal: drive revenue, build real client relationships, and solve real business problems.

You’ll partner with the Regional VP to align UK sales, foster a bold, high-trust team culture, and dive into complex deals when needed. Expect fast moves, clear feedback, and data-driven strategy at every turn.

In This Role You Will:

• Build and lead a high-performing team that consistently crushes targets.

• Own and execute the sales strategy for SME law firms, from territory planning to segmentation.

• Drive rapid iteration-react fast, learn faster, and constantly sharpen the team’s edge.

• Step in on tough deals and own escalations to keep momentum and trust high.

• Partner with the Regional VP to align SME and mid-market sales into one winning strategy.

• Work with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to craft standout campaigns and positioning.

• Monitor pipeline metrics and enforce smart structure-just enough to stay agile and focused.

• Elevate brand storytelling so AEs clearly champion Actionstep’s value to law firms.

• Lead with context, not control-empower judgment, demand accountability.

• Proven B2B SaaS leader-legal sector a plus.

• Sets bold goals, leads with purpose, not micromanagement.
