The company is looking for a driven and commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to join its sales team and take ownership of sales growth across the East and South East of England.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B field sales professional with a background in the welding, fabrication or industrial sectors.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for growing sales and profitability across the East and South East of England by:

• Developing and strengthening existing customer relationships
• Winning new customers and identifying new business opportunities
• Increasing share of customer spend
• Promoting a portfolio of welding, cutting, PPE and associated industrial products
• Building relationships with key decision-makers
• Providing customers with practical, commercially focused solutions
• Monitoring competitor activity and identifying market opportunities

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, combining technical understanding with a proactive, consultative approach to sales.

About You

You’re a confident, motivated sales professional who enjoys working in the field, meeting customers and winning business.

You’ll have experience within the welding, fabrication, engineering or manufacturing sectors, alongside a good understanding of welding consumables, processes and related products.
