About the Company

Our client is an innovator and world leader in point-of-care ultrasound and ultra high-frequency micro-ultrasound technology. Their systems expand ultrasound use across the clinical spectrum by cost-effectively bringing high-performance ultrasound to patient care settings.

Position: Regional Sales Manager - North East England

The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Country Manager and collaborates closely with the Clinical Applications Specialist in the region. We seek sales-focused, achievement-oriented individuals with experience selling technically focused equipment/devices to multi-layered customers within the NHS.

This role offers an excellent bonus potential and involves selling cutting-edge technology in a highly autonomous environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Acquire new customers.
  2. Analyze sales demand and budget.
  3. Handle public tenders independently.
  4. Present products to support buying decisions within the sales process.
  5. Negotiate and close contracts.
  6. Submit regular sales reports.
  7. Provide ongoing customer care to ensure satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in technical medical devices.
  • Experience with ultrasound or capital medical equipment is a plus.
  • Experience selling to hospital staff, including at the board level.
  • Knowledge of the point-of-care medical imaging market, especially ultrasound, is preferred.
  • Demonstrates determination and focus on results.
  • Ability to identify regional and customer-specific needs.
