Sharmans, part of the PTSG Group, is seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the North region. The role focuses on maintaining existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and promoting our roof and gutter refurbishment solutions to contractors, surveyors, and property professionals.

The ideal candidate will be based in the North of England, willing to travel across the territory, and capable of delivering regional sales targets while building

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
• Commercial awareness with negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting targets.

Aufgaben

• Deliver regional sales targets in line with business growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing contractors, specifiers, and customers.
• Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline using the company's CRM system.
• Deliver CPD presentations to surveyors and specification influencers.
• Conduct roof condition surveys and provide reports and recommendations.
• Promote Sharmans products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, customer service and admin teams.
• Support marketing initiatives and regional campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Utilise LinkedIn to support brand awareness and business development.
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company procedures.
