Job summary

Sika Roofing is seeking a professional Team Player to join the Northern Regional sales team on a field-based role across the UK. You will build relationships with contractors, architects, surveyors, designers, developers and building owners to accelerate profitable sales growth.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will identify opportunities, influence specifications, and convert projects on site while delivering a strong project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience within the UK construction industry, including supporting specifications and influencing project decisions.
• Proven track record of delivering project-led sales in construction.
• Commitment to professional development with access to local training and Sika Business School.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, surveyors, designers, developers and building owners to grow profitable sales.
• Identify opportunities, influence specifications, and convert projects on site while managing a healthy project pipeline.
• Collaborate with regional teams and product engineers to deliver technical solutions and support successful project delivery.
