Job summary

Armstrong Fluid Technology seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Midlands, covering Midlands, South West and Wales. You will lead sales efforts across the territory, drive strategies, achieve bookings targets, and foster strong customer relationships with engineers and distributors.

Ideal candidates bring an engineering degree and extensive HVAC sales experience, with proven ability to develop proposals, manage accounts, and execute effective sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Significant sales experience in HVAC and/or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Surpass bookings and shipments targets within the territory.
• Directly oversee assigned accounts and ensure proactive engagement.
• Prepare proposals and quotations following the Armstrong sales process.
• Expand customer base by nurturing relationships with key customers and engineers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to grow market share.
