Job summary

Armstrong Fluid Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking a Specification Sales Manager to lead sales across West Midlands and South West England. You will drive strategy, nurture key accounts, and exceed bookings and shipments targets.

With an engineering background and a proven HVAC sales record, you will build relationships with engineers, distributors, and customers, and represent Armstrong at industry events.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
• Significant experience in sales, focused on HVAC and/or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Surpass booking and shipment targets within the territory.
• Directly oversee assigned accounts and drive customer satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals and quotations per Armstrong's process.
• Expand the customer base by nurturing relationships with customers, distributors, and design engineers.
• Sell Armstrong products using the sales strategy and demonstrate value.
• Maintain CRM records in real time and compile sales reports.
• Represent Armstrong at trade fairs and support special projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote teamwork.
