DHL Express UK is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead the Gatwick and Maidstone sales region, guiding the field team to retain customers and win new business. You will implement country plans, set growth objectives and manage budgets to boost profitability across the territory.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic account management, and excellent stakeholder negotiation. A proven track record in driving significant regional sales growth is essential.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Proven track record in strategic account management and new business growth.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Hold overall responsibility for a regional sales cluster and lead the field sales team.
• Retain customers and maximise new business opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
• Implement country Sales Plans, Strategy and Budget for the territory.
• Produce a Sales Force Activity/Business Plan for the team and input annual plans.
