Job summary

Redline Group is seeking a Regional Business Manager to own a Hampshire/South West territory and drive sales growth across existing and new electronics and engineering customers. You will sell passive components, capacitors and EMC components, coordinating with design and procurement teams to win long-term partnerships.

You will lead end-to-end project engagement from design concept to production, travel nationally, and build a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field.
2–3 years' proven sales success within electronics/OEM environments.
Experience selling electronic components such as passive components, capacitors, EMC components.

Responsibilities

Grow sales and profitability across your assigned territory by increasing active projects, customer numbers and spend.
Sell a portfolio of electronic components with focus on passive components, capacitors, EMC components.
Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular territory visits and maintain presence via face-to-face and remote engagement.
Manage customer projects from design concept through production lifecycle with engineering teams.
