Job summary

Aspion is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the South West region, focusing on electronic components. This field-based role involves developing new business with OEMs, managing existing accounts, and driving specification work across the Southwest.

You will collaborate with design engineers, buyers and product teams to convert opportunities from concept to production, building a strong pipeline and achieving territory growth. A UK-driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical B2B sales.
• Experience selling to design teams or OEMs is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate with engineers and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with OEMs and design teams across the Southwest.
• Grow existing accounts through regular customer visits and project forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to specify electronic components into new designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, procurement teams and product specialists to propose solutions.
• Manage projects through design, testing and production cycles.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and build a robust project pipeline.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
• Deliver territory sales and profitability targets.
