Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of six Field Sales professionals across the region.
• Take responsibility for regional sales performance and targets achievement.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline, activity and commercial performance.
• Identify gaps in pipeline and coach actions to prevent negative impact.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and field coaching.
• Help teams develop territories and identify new opportunities.
• Support customer opportunities and commercial negotiations.
• Analyse sales data and provide forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure CRM and pipeline visibility for future performance.
• Develop capability and clear development plans for individuals.
• Build a positive, accountable sales culture across the region.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
