Andrews Recruitment Group Limitted is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a six-person Field Sales team across the South West and South Wales. You will monitor KPIs, coach reps and drive regional performance, balancing coaching with hands-on pipeline management.

The role includes offering strategic input, forecasting, customer negotiations and developing territories, with a competitive package including up to 57,500 plus a company car and bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a field sales team.
• Strong B2B sales experience.
• Excellent coaching and people development skills.
• Experience managing regional KPIs.
• Forecasting ability with pipeline exposure.
• CRM and MS Office knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of six Field Sales professionals.
• Take responsibility for regional sales performance and targets.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline, activity and commercial performance.
• Identify gaps in pipeline or future sales performance and act.
• Coach individuals to improve results and conduct reviews.
• Develop territories and spot new opportunities; support key opportunities.
