Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a six-strong Field Sales team across the South West and South Wales. You will drive regional performance, coach on KPIs and forecast, and manage key customer opportunities with strong data-led decision making.

The role covers Bristol, Gloucestershire, South Wales, Somerset and Devon, with a central advertised location in Bristol. A company car and bonus/commission are part of the package.

Qualifications

• You must have previous experience leading and developing a field-based sales team.
• Strong B2B sales experience.
• Excellent sales coaching and people-development skills.
• Experience managing individual and regional sales KPIs.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting ability.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with sales data.
• Ability to identify future performance issues and take action.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of six Field Sales professionals.
• Take responsibility for regional sales performance and achievement of targets.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, pipeline, activity and commercial performance.
• Identify emerging gaps in pipeline or future sales performance and coach individuals to improve results.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and field coaching.
• Help the team develop their territories and identify new opportunities.
• Support significant customer opportunities and commercial negotiations.
• Analyse sales data and provide forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure CRM and pipeline visibility of future performance.
