Role Overview:

As a Regional Sales Executive, you’ll be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and driving sales across the Midlands. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, conducting on-site assessments, and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers. The focus is on demonstrating the value of automated storage solutions and successfully closing deals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional to grow within a high-performing sales environment. Success in the role is directly tied to achieving sales targets, supported by a strong commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within your designated region. Build and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Solution-Based Selling: Conduct site visits, assess customer challenges, and deliver tailored proposals

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers, articulating the benefits and ROI of storage automation systems.

Prospecting & Follow-Up: Conduct cold calls and follow up on inbound leads to secure meetings and develop new opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships to encourage customer retention and repeat business.

About You:

Sales-Driven Approach: A results-oriented attitude with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Proactive: You will always be on the hunt for new businesses and opportunities

Sales Process: You will be a strong negotiator with a track record of closing high value orders

Exceptional Communication: Ability to present ideas and products persuasively to senior stakeholders.

Commute Ability: A valid UK driving license and flexibility to travel across the Midlands. Occasional attendance at national or international events may be required.
