Homecare Homebase is seeking a Regional Sales Director to own a strategic territory, identify and win mid‑market accounts, and close new business with home care, hospice and personal care agencies relying on our software to enhance patient care.

You will collaborate with marketing, product specialists and sales leadership to craft a robust territory plan, deliver compelling demonstrations, and build lasting client relationships, including at the C‑level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software sales experience.
• Self-starter with hunter sales mentality.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required.
• Valid driver’s license and US work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Exceed assigned sales quota and pipeline-building objectives within your territory.
• Build and execute a robust strategic territory plan.
• Manage a complex selling process from qualification to close, including RFPs and negotiations.
• Partner with business development to qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
• Articulate value of Homecare Homebase solutions with client stories to demonstrate impact.
• Coordinate the product specialist team to deliver winning product demonstrations.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and document activity in Salesforce.
• Maintain relationships with current clients including C-suite executives and coordinate case studies with marketing.
• Represent Homecare Homebase at trade shows and conferences.
