Featherbank Selection appoints a Regional Director for Homecare to lead a large regional portfolio from the North West and Wales through the Midlands to Plymouth. The role demands immediate impact, strategic leadership, and a track record of growing hours and profitability across circa 30 branches.

You will manage a team of five Regional Operations Managers, uphold high regulatory standards, and drive integration of acquisitions while maintaining strong engagement with branch teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in regional leadership within homecare.
• Background in managing domiciliary care services.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Track record of growth through acquisitions or expanding hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead a region of ~30 homecare branches with 1,500 hours weekly per branch.
• Develop and support a team of Regional Operations Managers.
• Own regional financial, quality, and regulatory outcomes (CQC/CIW).
• Drive organic growth and integration of acquisitions.
• Ensure safeguarding and regulatory risk is managed at regional level.
