A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd in Milton Keynes seeks a Regional Sales Manager to expand our regional footprint in construction and M&E. You will drive growth within a one-hour radius, meeting clients, developing opportunities and steering a strategic sales plan.

Heavy emphasis on relationships, networking and revenue generation. You will collaborate with estimating and delivery to price and handover opportunities, while nurturing existing accounts and opening new ones for long-term

Qualifications

• Proven regional sales management experience in construction or facilities management.
• Strong network to turn relationships into meetings and opportunities.
• Track record of growing customer accounts and profitable business.
• Confident, money-motivated, skilled in negotiating and closing deals.
• Able to manage a regional pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy to grow from £30m to £50m.
• Open doors, set meetings and secure projects across sectors.
• Build regional relationships via meetings, visits, networking and entertainment.
• Identify and convert new opportunities; qualify and win work.
• Collaborate with estimating and delivery on pricing and handover.
• Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
• Represent the business at industry events.
