Job summary

Gleeson Homes is seeking a Sales Administrator to be based at the Regional Area Office. You will help the regional sales team achieve targets by securing exchanges and legal completions on time, while providing admin support to the Sales Manager and Sales Negotiators.

Your role includes processing contracts, assisting with the sales release process, and preparing month-end reports to capture accurate sales activity. A strong eye for detail and on-site collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role, preferably sales administration.
• Understanding of the house buying process (or similar) is a plus.
• Able to communicate with clients, solicitors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales team with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Assist in meeting reservation, exchange and legal completion targets with on-site teams and solicitors.
• Prepare customer contracts and transfer paperwork for signatures promptly.
• Produce month-end sales reports and distribute to the team and wider business.
• Attend site setup meetings with solicitors and internal teams, upholding Gleeson standards.
• Assist in Sales and Marketing reporting for Land Appraisals.
• Support the Sales extras process with information flow across departments.
