Vizion Network in Hull is seeking a Regional Network Coordinator to manage allocation and progression of vehicle repairs within a defined region, from initial contact to handover and aftercare, while meeting SLAs. The role involves liaising with insurers, repairers and clients, processing notifications in the in-house system, and maintaining clear progress updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Repair/Insurance industry desirable.
• Customer service experience with effective communication essential.
• First-class communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Attention to detail for accurate claim processing and data management.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and process repair notifications within SLA using the in-house system.
• Analyse damage and vehicle specs to assign repairs to suppliers or escalate.
• Resolve allocation delays and courtesy car issues.
• Keep customers updated on reallocation delays.
• Collaborate with regional team to handle challenging cases.
• Progress customer claims within the management system to SLA.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage feedback.
