Acuity Care Group is seeking a Recruitment Partner in Nottingham. Hybrid role, three days in the Nottingham office, Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (flexible). Salary £30,000 per annum. You will lead recruitment regionally, attend hiring events, and shape our employer brand to attract great people from the community.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer focused skills.
• Strong grasp of safer recruitment practices and ATS platforms.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Experience representing the organisation at job fairs or local events is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment in your region from brief to offer.
• Create and deliver local attraction strategies and build candidate pipelines.
• Plan and run engaging assessment days that reflect company values.
• Use ATS to track, report and keep processes moving.
• Deliver a respectful, efficient candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR, operations and compliance to ensure hires are right.
