Job summary

Orchard Healthcare Group in Harrogate is seeking a Recruitment Partner to attract, engage and secure exceptional talent across our care home network. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with home managers to identify and hire top talent.

This role supports our care homes regionally, with a focus on building strong relationships, delivering candidate experiences and driving hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Typically a minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a designated region with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Source, screen and short-list candidates and coordinate offers and checks.
• Build relationships with home managers and stakeholders to meet workforce needs.
• Contribute to recruitment campaigns, events and KPI monitoring.
