Job summary

CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED is hiring a Recruitment Advisor to lead regional recruitment for Midlands care homes. This home-based role includes travel to homes, partnering with Home Managers and operations to align priorities, attract top talent and deliver a smooth recruitment experience.

You will own the regional recruitment plan, develop local strategies, attend events and build partnerships with local networks to strengthen recruitment across the Midlands.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or care-related operations is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Passion for recruiting and supporting care teams.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of recruitment across your portfolio of care homes.
• Managing the recruitment journey from vacancy through to offer.
• Creating engaging job adverts and ensuring vacancies perform well.
• Screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates for Home Managers.
• Building relationships with Home Managers through regular visits.
• Developing local recruitment strategies and partnerships with local networks.
