Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of residential and community services across the West Midlands. You will work with a senior leadership team to drive quality, regulatory compliance and strong financial performance across the Midlands region.

The role requires a proven track record in adult social care, staff development, and the ability to travel across the region to support diverse services and improve outcomes for the people we support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Regional Manager within adult social care.
• Experience supporting services for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs.
• A strong understanding of regulatory, quality and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing service performance, budgets and operational delivery.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing management teams.
• A flexible approach and willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and support to a portfolio of services across the Midlands region.
• Lead Registered Managers and drive quality, compliance and service excellence.
• Monitor and deliver financial performance and commercial objectives.
• Support services to achieve positive CQC outcomes.
• Promote colleague development, engagement and retention.
• Ensure health and safety, safeguarding and governance standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to support Voyage Care's ongoing growth strategy.
